Yes indeed folks, I've come up with this one fresh today. We just did the Today show in New York, live to millions of people and while I was standing there, this came to me so I thought I would share!!!

Sometimes, it can be a little overwhelming to be doing what we are doing, there are times we cannot believe where we are, or the stage we are walking onto and how many people are there to see us play!

Believe it or not, any big star or celebrity that you admire or even idolise, at one time at the start of their career, felt that stomach churning feeling right before they stepped up to the plate and put themselves out there to try and take a step toward the dream that they are now living.

So the smoke and lights you see sometimes hide the storm brewing underneath the surface and I'm telling you this so that you know its ok to feel fear.

But it doesn't mean you have to stay stuck!

And maybe you hearing this will help you take that step forward or go for that job!

Heard an amazing story today,
One of our fans, KINGI on kyte was saying that because of some things she had read in some of the blogs she went for a job interview and visualised herself in the job and getting the job and SHE GOT IT!!! WOW!!! Well done.

On a more serious note, my prayers are with Liam Neeson and his family right now. It is so sad to hear the news that his wife Natasha Richardson passed away as a result of a fatal head injury she sustained while skiing.

Apparently an ambulance was first requested for Richardson after she fell. But when it arrived, the emergency workers were told they weren't needed, so they turned around.

One hour after her fall Richardson was rushed to the hospital after complaining of a headache.

The reason I'm bringing this up is I fell and banged my head 2 yrs ago, fractured my skull and a blood clot formed over a couple of hours and because my Dad insisted I go to the hospital, where I had an emergency Craniotomy, I survived and to be honest this shook me up when I heard it.

My Mother called me straight away to tell me, it made her think how close I came and how lucky I am to be alive today.

Seriously, if you ever bang your head, get it checked out. Dont wait,
It could save your life, it saved mine.

My condolences to the Neeson family.

Glen.
