So it's Blog time and where does one begin with the things that have been happening this past year? I don't know how to describe it. We often talk about it like being in the middle of a Tornado that builds up speed around us on a constant daily basis and we are in the middle of it!

People have asked us how do we stay sane spending so much time together???

We buy WIGS!!!

As you can see we like to have a laugh, and we actually wore these in Australia when we got presented with Gold Discs! A Big Thank You to everyone in Australia for all their hard work with us. Here we are with all the team in Australia..

And here we are with Denis Handlin Head of Sony (And Eye Energy!) in Australia, thanks so much for everything guys, you gave us a great welcome and we can't wait to get back over in the New Year and Rock it all over again :-)

We’re on the 3rd gig of our American Tour. Even saying ‘ AMERICAN TOUR ‘ is amazing. And this time around we are really seeing the impact our music is having. There are so many people coming to these shows that have never seen us before so, it's amazing to see the reaction and meet people outside afterwards and hear how seeing us perform live has really moved them. We take so much pride in our live shows and work so hard before we get out on the road to make it right that it's really great when we get that kind of feedback and also great when we get it wrong and nobody notices!!!!

I’m sitting backstage here at The House of Blues in Dallas. At the end of this blog you'll see what this room looks like full of people!

Here are some pictures of the audiences we have been in front of in the last few days, we take pictures from the stage during the show!

The story this far...

DALLAS (FULL!)

Its something you never take for granted, walking out onto a stage like this, with a buzz in the air the just grows as the night goes on.

Just look at the people in those photographs, everyone is having a great time and going crazy! And this is AMERICA!! And here we are!!! Fantastic! Plus I love the diner food, I know it sounds crazy, but those pancakes and that syrup!

To be onstage and part of what is making all this happen is a dream come true. It proves that you can get what you really believe in your heart if you stick at it, work hard and see yourself where you want to be, even when you don't know how you are going to get there, JUST SEE IT!! Otherwise you are like a someone with a Bow and Arrow in a field with a blindfold on, trying to shoot at a tree but you keep missing cos you cant see it! Have a GOAL and SEE IT and BELIEVE IT! I cant stress that enough! It's exactly what I did when I was younger, dreaming of what I am doing now and it WORKED for me so it can WORK for you!

We've just had a look at our new video, which was us sitting in a pub drinking, strangely enough! lol Hope everyone is liking it! I think it looks great, was easy for Mark and I to pretend we were in a pub, its something we do every now and then! :-)

So right now we're on the bus still moving, it's a 14 hour bus drive to Minneapolis. It's only looking back through iPhoto's where I can look at places we have been to that I realize how much traveling we have actually done in the last two years. People always ask us do we get to see the places we go to? To be honest, most of the time we are in and out or we do a sound check, meet some competition winners, warm up for the gig, do the gig and then meet up with the fans outside afterwards and then its onto the bus and away we go to the next city. When we get a day off we usually have that day off in a hotel which is great cos some of these hotels have a pool or a gym so we get to stretch out and be in a normal bed for a night but I personally love the bus! It's the movement that rocks you to sleep and the bus is the most constant thing in our world for the duration of this tour so it becomes your little piece of home. Everything else is changing everyday, so the bus becomes a refuge!! And you get to test you're balancing skills while trying to move about on a moving bus! Tricky!

I'll finish by saying a MASSIVE THANK YOU to all our fans over here in America for making us feel so welcome and giving us such a great reception and for staying around outside the venues after the shows to meet us and say hello, it really is great to shake hands with all of you and get the chance to say thank you.

Well, I'm off to brush my teeth and try not to fall over!

All the best,

Glen.
